You Are Always Welcome at Brick?
Our vision is to be a unified, committed and loving fellowship, with believers of all ages, ministering through their individual gifts, effecting ongoing spiritual transformation in our church, our community and beyond, by partnering with like minded ministries and churches to produce Romans 12 (r12) Christians.
We exist to reach unbelievers and disciple the Church into authentic fully devoted followers of and for Christ.
Our leaders are here to serve you… Leadership Team
24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. 26 For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
Hebrews 10:24-26 (ESV)
What Should I Expect?
Gathered Worship: Our corporate gatherings are all about offering worship to God. The Sunday gathering can change a bit from week to week, but they’re usually tied together in a multi-week teaching series. Expect a typical service to last about an hour and a half with some live music, a talk from the Bible, and a variety of other opportunities to express worship towards God.
Dress: We are pretty casual at Brick. You’ll see everything from jeans to suits, so come as you are.
Children: We have ministries for children through 2nd Grade at this time. The Children join us for Gathered Worship and will be dismissed, by the Pastor, to their gatherings. During the summer months they meet in the class rooms in the Fellowship Hall which is a separate building. Only those who have passed a rigorous screaming process are allowed to work with the children.
Coffee Hour: Following Gathered Worship, each week, we gather in the Fellowship Hall for a time of getting to know each other. Do plan to stick around. Coffee and pastries are served.
Why Do We…

…play musical instruments as part of worship?
“Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet;
praise Him with the psaltry and harp; praise Him with the timbrel and dance. Praise Him upon the high sounding cymbals.”
…believe in Prophecy?

1 Corinthians 14:3
“But the manifestations of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal…to another the working of miracles; to another prophecy.”

1 Corinthians 14:5
“If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course, and let one interpret.”
1 Corinthians 14:27
…sing choruses as well as hymns?
“And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Holy Spirit; speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.”
“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”
…pray corporately for specific needs?
“And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord Thou art God, which made heaven and earth…”
…anoint with oil and pray for the sick?
“Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.”
